Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our change-of-mind refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited by this policy.

1. Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags / fittings included.
Items that are on Final Sale / Clearance, or that have been assembled and show use, are exempt from change-of-mind returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any items back, you must contact us at support@storageoz.com.au. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

In your email, please provide:

Order Number
Product Name(s) to be returned
Reason for return & detailed photos of the condition

3. Shipping for Returns

Change of Mind: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. You may also return free in person to our Clyde warehouse.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or wrong, contact us immediately under the ACL; we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.

4. Refunds Processing

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Note: bank processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

Fastest Option: Return the original item for a refund and place a new order immediately.

If you prefer a Direct Exchange:

Ship the original item back to: 19 Berry St, Clyde, NSW, 2142, Australia (or drop off in person).
After inspection, we will dispatch your replacement product.
