Handling Time

Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process your order after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping costs are calculated from the order value and selected delivery option.

Standard Delivery

• Orders from A$0 to A$29.00: A$6
• Orders from A$29.01 to A$99.99: A$10
• Orders of A$100 or more: Free standard delivery

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available at a flat rate of A$15 for all order values.

Shipping Times

• Standard delivery: usually 2–8 business days, depending on the destination.
• Express delivery: usually 1–4 business days, depending on the destination.

We use carriers including Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics and CouriersPlease. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, remote destinations or high-volume periods.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is free from 19 Berry St, Clyde, NSW, 2142, Australia. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for the pickup confirmation email before visiting.

Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am–5:00 pm, excluding public holidays.
