Stack spare towels on the upper shelf and hang an in-use towel from the rail below. The slatted upper section folds upwards when you want to reduce its projection from the wall.

The installation image shows adhesive fixing. Use only a suitable smooth, sound surface and follow the adhesive instructions before loading. Confirm supplied fittings if you require screw mounting. No tested weight limit is available.
