Open the mesh hood to serve fruit, bread or dishes from the woven bamboo tray, then pull it back over the contents. The curved cover folds to the side and can be detached from the tray.

The mesh helps shield food from insects while remaining ventilated; it is not an airtight seal. Use appropriate dishes for wet food and refrigerate perishables promptly. Dry the bamboo thoroughly after cleaning.
